Peruvian wedding pix--and more!

We attended a wedding at a beautiful cathedral in Lima. The bride and groom work in NYC with my husband, but the bride grew up in Lima.

Afterward, the crowd danced to a 16-piece salsa band till 4:30 am. They played salsa and cumbia music, which is becoming more popular in Peru now.

Later we flew to Cuzco and fanned out from there to see many Inca sites, including Machu Picchu.

Below, you see the view of Machu Picchu from the top of Wayna Picchu, a peak of about 8,000 feet, which we climbed.
